  • tab is available by melbay publication its all the howard alden solos played in the movie arranged by him and dick hyman 20$. I live in new york and i bought it at colony records by time square but u can go to the website and have it shipped i guess. great song great video

  • Hi. It's not exactly the same there, just an interpretation. I have seen the book though I don't have it myself and it's not the same as in the film. The album version is also different.

  • I'm not sure about the end scene, my copy of the film is on loan to a friend at the mo sorry. This piece is played in the hotel bedroom scene tho.

  • Superb, my friend. What an inspirational film. See if you like my version. I couldn't get the tune out of my head until I taught myself it - probably in the wrong key! How the hell did you get to meet Howard Alden? Excellent.

  • Thanks, not the wrong key, just a different one, nicely done :). I met Howard twice last year on guitar workshops run by Trefor Owen in Wrexham in North Wales and he is just an amazing musician, easily my favourite jazz player.
