@mattsuzo hey i really admire this song, and your interpretation is amazing- but please can you give me the link for the tabs? or could you, if it is nescessary, scan your sheets and get them online? please, do me this favour
@mattsuzo Thanks, it was a few years ago and done to help someone learn the piece, sounds a bit scratchy now - might re-record it. I like your version :)
tab is available by melbay publication its all the howard alden solos played in the movie arranged by him and dick hyman 20$. I live in new york and i bought it at colony records by time square but u can go to the website and have it shipped i guess. great song great video
Hi. It's not exactly the same there, just an interpretation. I have seen the book though I don't have it myself and it's not the same as in the film. The album version is also different.
good job here... to bad the book isnt the same as the movie from what i hear... do you know what the name of the song is he plays after the club owners get him out of the pool room to play his gig, and then hes says put their tab on my bill... whats that song? thanks...
I'm forever blowing bubbles was written way back in the beggining of the 20th centruy by who i don't know but what i do know is the song word by word and WEST HAM UNITED have made it famous ,, COME on you irons ,, if you want the later version with words just email me?
Superb, my friend. What an inspirational film. See if you like my version. I couldn't get the tune out of my head until I taught myself it - probably in the wrong key! How the hell did you get to meet Howard Alden? Excellent.
Thanks, not the wrong key, just a different one, nicely done :). I met Howard twice last year on guitar workshops run by Trefor Owen in Wrexham in North Wales and he is just an amazing musician, easily my favourite jazz player.
Anybody has the tabs to share for this incredible song?¿?pleasee!!!
