Oxford should just tell the hippies that it is the 21st century and most people have cars. I am all for buses and bikes but they should not shun people who drive cars.
for those that don't know they built there own electric car, and it was built with a poor engine from James :P. so it kept breaking down and my guess was that it did in this video :D
