It's sad though that such a proliffic series will forever be known for having a really horrible dub. I mean look up the English version of this song to see what I mean. The voice acting sounded really bland and bored, the English version of this song fails to capture the intensity of this song.

Getting the originals on DVD isn't hard, they have a new box set out actually. Getting the 2040 is difficult because it was discontinued.

Try it another time when that happens.

This song is my favorite in the Bubblegum Crisis series. I love Kinuko Oomori's voice, she really shined as Priss. Bubblegum Crisis is the series that brought me to love cyberpunk anime.

I completely agree with you. I have been watching this since it first came out in the eighties. It is so much better in Japanese. I can even understand it without the subtitles.

Try watching -The Blade Runner. You will understand what I mean.
