@TwiceTheSpeed1 Hey I'm getting ready for football next year because there is no tackle at my school so I want to be a running back, I'm the fastest on the team, I don't know how fast I can run the 40 yard dash but I want to get it to 4.2 Seconds and I know only 1 person in the NFL did it but Starting young is great for me now tell me does this actually work? how fast will I gain the results in? hey jack ive been sprinting 4 years well 2 to be exact but i dont see any difference. i play basketball and we sprint like crazy in practice but im always the slowest one i dont know what to do
