It looks good because this guy is running indoors on a threadmill. Let him run outside against the wind to see what his form will look like. I believe the threadmill is set at an elevation and at a very comfortable speed.
great tips, but honestly, the best tip of all is to just run relaxed. especially when you want to run at a fast pace, your arm's form really doesn't matter too much. whatever form your arms develop from running relaxed is probably fine, just watch some of the world's greatest 10k runners run.
thanks bro, i had foot surgery and running again is hard, but with these techniques from u its helping so much, better then runnin before the surgery, beena heel striker and notcie a completely different no pain feelin when runnin ur way, thnx a million:)
@mixolydo and avoid excessive FORWARD arm movement.. the center of gravity is at the hips so your arm swing should be based on how far it goes from the hips and higher based on speed... for balance.. you should keep an eye on the keywords before comparing to other videos
@soccerXrocks22 I'm in eighth grade and run cross country too, although I just started :) I just happen to have just gotten home from practice, but tomorrow I'll definitely try your suggestion.
good tips but I always like an explanation of how these tips are helpful and there was none here.

@mixolydo avoid leaning forward at the HIP.. lean from your ankles so your whole body naturally wants to fall forward

If you're being timed, tried to get your hands to you ears, I run Cross-Country and I'm in 7th grade and it always works.
