I get people saying that they don't really like the vocals, cause I used to not like screamed vocals as well, but once you get used to them I kinda like them, just in a different way. And why should they sound like every other stoner band? Half the stoner bands right now have vocalists that attempt to sound like Ozzy. I'm not saying there aren't bands that scream as well, but they're more original that way IMO. Don't get me wrong though, most of the stuff I listen to has clean vocals.

Im a huge fan of extreme metal. I listen to all kinds of harsh vocals and I love em, I just prefer clean vocals when im stoned. This type of metal is better with clean vocals. Just my 2 cents. I still listen to it, but I have to stick to Sabbath, Sleep, and Electric Wizard when im stoned
