When the Dalek commander in Planet of the Daleks explains to the supreme Dalek why he hasnt been able to cautre or kill the small group of humans or release the plague they have developed the supreme Dalek kills him

And in death to the Daleks when two prisoners escape from under his nose a Dalek self destructs

And in the audio adventure the genocide machine the supreme Dalek is order by the emperor to kill himself when he fails his mission so they aren't just the cold killing machine people think they are they have hidden depths

true but they sometimes kill other Daleks if they failed (of the Dalek doing the killing is higher than the one its killing)
