GameFAQs written walkthrough says, keep dodging until he breaths fire, then shoot his wings off. He'll then be grounded, continue combat with occasional quicktime events. Good luck =)

I don't have an xbox so I'm not sure what this means, but the supposed solution is to clear your cache without downloading the update.
