Natsu and Lucy are extremely similar to them in many ways. They look similar, meet in a similar way, they're both the main characters of their anime, they're both really close to each other, and Haru and Elie were in a group too. Haru means spring, Natsu means summer. Also Natsu and Lucy cosplayed as Haru and Elie. Manga chapter cover 91.

We only say Lisanna because thats what the other characters have said, whether thats exactly the case or not is another matter entirely, but probably something was there, but Lucys the replacement Lisanna because to me she's the only one that Natsu really treats like an equal comrade even though he considers the entire guild his comrade. In recent chapters the high five he did with Lucy says a lot.
