The Koopa Bros. are of the few non-final bosses in the Mario RPG games with any kind of BACKSTORY, and an interesting one. For those who don't know or remember...

They were four likable guys, living in Koopa Village. However, after meeting Kammy Koopa and getting along with Bowser, they turned into villains.

Before getting to Chapter 2, IF YOU GO to Toad Town's Port, one of the citizens will mention them, wondering whatever became of them.
