dat is very easy trick, there is a strong thin rod stand behind his left leg, which didnt move during passing ring, dat stand is bended in that way dat it is attached with the table then move towards his hipps and then goes back to his left leg, which seems she is levitatinng, u can see he will not move ring full from upper side, but he can move ring from the under side, very easy trick, u can also chk from other Youtube videos

As far as certain Magicians on TV that seem so awesome well ... I know some and they let me in on a secret Those people you dont think are in on it well they are and the even sometimes do video tricks and editing to make it look nice. You see there is no law against lying to a TV audience its just that simple. They all use supports and props for levitation If you were there you would see it.

The support isn't very large and it's offset towards the magician and hidden with the magician's left leg. That's why when the hoop is being passed through the levitating person, the magician turns the hoop towards him at 1:03.

Imagine a support similar to a "lift" to look under your car. Imagine a smaller support that looks like that and that support is behind the magician's left leg. When the "ring" goes around the body laying down, notice how the part of the ring closest to the magician never goes all the way up the length of the "subject". He simply pivots the closer side... then he must go back down the body with the ring, otherwise he'd be stuck because the support wouldn't allow him to pull the ring through.

Let me help you peolpe who can't figure this one out. Look at the magicians left leg (the right side for us veiwers). There is a hidden support that is behind his left leg. If you watch his leg thought the video, he doesnt move it after the sheet is moved. The sheet is the hide the support until he covers the support himself. Notice when the hoop is moved around the person, the side closes to the magician NEVER goes infront of him do to the support near his waist. I hope this helps.

@glitch1792 there is basically a very small platform welded on top of a iron pole with another smaller platform at the bottom. this is then slipped INSIDE his left pant leg which leaves the platform extending right out of the top of his pants outward. which is why he cant and doesnt move his feet at all while shes "levitating." also why he never lets the hoop cross infront of his stomach fully because of the rod.
