the fact is that just because an evil person says something does NOT make it wrong. If Hitler told u not to walk on the tracks cause a train was comin would u step out there because u believed everything he said was wrong an therefor there was no train coming?? I dont like or support what Hitler did in general, however He was right on some points. People DO need to have pride in their mother country and remain loyal to it.
If you were smart enough to notice, he is absolutely anti-socialism, but PRO-Nationalism. No, unless you have a demented worldview, nationalism has nothing to do with socialism.
National Socialist party was socialist. The Nazis were nationalistic, but that is only because the movement worked by gaining German support through national pride, saying "they're the bad guys". You see, nationalism is just loving one's country and being an advocate of one's country. Nothing wrong with that, you want your nation to be the best, as long as no crimes are committed in the name of national patriotism, nothing is wrong with it.
Nationalism doesn't = crimes against humanity, kiddo.
He, who? Who is he? I guess everyone trying to understand, comprehend, and debate Nazism vs. Nationalism is a retard? The Nationalism of the Friend Geek is nothing like Nazism, Nazism was a blending of hatred, national pride, and socialism. Take out hatred, and socialism, and you have good, clean, fun nationalism.
That's just not true, sorry buddy. TFG did not. I do not agree with everything he said, not in the least bit, but I'm not under the illusion that he is a fascist Nazi fiend looking for the next Muslim to shoot down, and the next community to start a fascistic dynasty in. To think so is really a tremendously neurotic thing to believe. You may not like him or his positions, what I hate so much is that you won't speak against what he DOES stand for, you make up stuff. So common of leftists!
@TrueNorth15 um....... not really sure he did that at all..... As far as I know he never said anything anti-semitic or otherwise linked to Nazism. Anyway, Let's get along. Buddy!
i don't see what the big deal is. within 10 seconds i can find dozens of videos made by atheists that constantly bash religion and border on hatred. yet, they're still around. not only are they around, but atheists support them in high numbers. just because friendly geek/roach assylum disagrees with you doesn't give you the right to call him a nazi. but you're canadian and do not have a guarantee of freedom of speech, so perhaps that's where we're not seeing eye to eye.
you sir, are a TRUE smart guy. subscribe to me, in the next few days im gonna challenge roachasylum/myfriendlygeek/whoever to a youtube debate! tell everyone you know that shares our feelings about our favorite rightwing idiot.
my concern isn't so much for what TFG did which bordered on promoting hatred to certain ethnic groups, it's the leading a charge that to flag somebody into banning, because that can be abused by those that would go ban happy those they disagree with. I'm just overly concerned about the state of free speech.

The friendly geek makes good points in his videos.
He has never made racial comments.
get em friendly geek. Shut Micheal Moore up.
My biggest fear is Micheal Moore making a video on me. I'll end up on some documentary called bowling on youtube or something.

at the time this video was made his account was under suspension, this apparently due to a flagging campaign that I was not a part of

I'm so glad I was fortunate enough to ignore TFG's antics.
I think he really was asking for it, though. What I've gotten second-(and third) hand suggests that he actually did violate the Terms of Use.
So there may or may not be anything to worry about.

Indeed. Mass-flagging campaigns are evil. Evil, I tell you!

I agree with you. I don't like TFG either,...but I do support the freedom of speech and I don't want the flagging being used in the wrong way.
