its just the broadcast on the low quality (older version) of the news program, i got it too, but there was a link to the new feed, this screen wouldnt have been shown on news 24 tv, just the internet

i think it means that after all the news lines they went off air and put the old news logo with the old news clock this means that they left us with this saying "THIS BROADCAST HAS ENDED" because it might be the end of the channel for the night.

Wouldn't it be because BBC News has a separate stream for the 10 O'Clock News & they shut the News Channel stream during this time?
