@wanderer530 You make them with growth seeds that comes from pebbles.

You get pebbles from the duel colosseum, and there's 10 different kinds of pebbles -- but if you check in the inventory when you have collected all 10 different kinds, the pebble that gives you the seed is usually the 10th on the list. Just equip the said pebble, battle until it breaks and check the inventory for your growth seed.
