I know this is gonna sound weird, but... doesn't Perry and even the O-line seem...fast? Not Denard-fast, but... as a unit, they seem so much faster than the recent offenses...
@chucknorrisworshiper I can't say. Last year's defense was the worst in school history and close to the worst in college football. Having them all back means they have some experience under their belt. But I have no idea how far they can jump in one year. Denard & Company learning a new offense means there will be growing pains here and there.
I like Hoke and I have a feeling the program is in good shape with him. But in year 1, I'm just holding my breath.
The Michigan fan looks at the Ohio Statefan and says"We're going to beat you"the Ohio State fan holds up the Michigan flag that has the big "M"on it turns it up side down and says Wichigan(wish again)...
Hey Historian awesome you got the ABC viewing up! Hats off to you my friend. Man I miss this team. Perry, Navarre, Breaston and Edwards?! God it brings a tear to my eye
I always liked Keith Jackson's intro to this game. It saddens me that the series has been so one-sided. Although it's still considered one of the big games, it has lost some of the luster it used to have. Hopefully, Michigan's place in the series will be restored either with the current head coach or his replacement.
@AnitaDoobie I love them both as well. I decided to use the ABC audio because this is the last ever UM/OSU game Jackson called. In fact, Keith actually requested to come out of "retirement" just to do this game.
I remember watching Braylon score that touchdown and I don't think my house was never more excited than when he broke all those tackles for a touchdown.
Chris Perry was incredible...he was never the biggest, strongest, shiftiest, or fastest running back, but his relentless effort, vision, and balance were what made him a Heisman candidate.
Think of how many players, from both these teams, played on sundays...

Thanks for getting the ABC audio for this game. I love the Michigan radio broadcasters, but I have to say I love Keith Jackson more.
