you can go fast but with all the bumps in the road its gonna hurt the wheels specially with skinny tires not covering no rim..its mostly rim so everything touches it with nothing protecting it..and with skinny tires its gonna be a bumpy ride..

and 26inch rims cost about anywhere from 4 thousand-7 thousand and that's depending on the wheel and brand and if you want 26inch floaters and spinners stuff that cost about 8 thousand for total..
