Wow, when did you sell this car? It's really very beautiful, I hope the new owner takes really good care of her. I would have loved to have bought it myself. I'm looking for a Country Squire of this body design, 1973 to 1978 in good condition...... She is sure a beauty.........
@EastCoast20 It's been a year or two since I owned this car. I'm very sure the new owner is taking good care of her - he really wanted this car. Thanks for the comment. Good luck on your search for your own wagon - be sure to post a video of it. Cheers.
Wow thats a really great vid you put together. Really shows off your cars beauty. That car has style and elegance that is missing today. I'm looking myself for a Country Squire like yours from the 1970s. Or even 60's. You car looks like its in show room condition, amazing and top of the line too. I imagine she is worth a lot and most likely worth more then when she was brand new. Good luck with your beautiful lady of style and grace.
Now, THIS is what a REAL family vehicle should be!!!!!!! Screw minivans & SUVs, we need the great American station wagon back in suburban driveways!!!!!!
@landyachtfan79 Ford is trying to bring back the station wagon platform with their new Flex. I'm pretty sure the Ford Flex wagon is a Consumer Reports "best buy." Check out the new Flex and reply if you like Fords new station wagon design or not. Glad you like my old car.
@shane970 i DO like it a lot, although it does have a much higher stance than yours does!!! I have seen that there ARE aftermarket "woody" trim packages available for the Flex & REALLY wish that Ford would offer them from from the factory with the Country Squire nameplate revived once again!!! Plus, the Flex is even available with all wheel drive now. Are you thinking what I'm thinking, an AWD Country Squire"!!! COME ON, DO IT, FORD!!!!!!!
@landyachtfan79 A Country Squire addition Flex would be awesome!!! Agreed! Ford would reach an entire generation and I bet would sell a lot of Flex's.

Ford should build a Country Squire around the newest Crown Victoria platform. It isn't terribly different from the old one.
