i am going to say that sniping in far cry 2 requires actual skill (or luck) since it is about the hardest thing to do in that game.
of course, it is different for everyone.

go to the enviroment tab after you open the toolbox i think its the bottom tab, then go to water level.

LOL Yeah, that huge propane tank in the middle is a nice little surprise. Plus, the explosion is so big that even people that aren't on the ladders will die instantly.
