I have two questions about the limits: I can have 90 points in punch, kick, throw, weapon, weapon throw and defense at the same time? Or I need to distribute the 90 points in all of those stats? And same question about agility, jump and revive.

That's just how high each stat can go. You can make the stats as high as you want otherwise.

This is just to prevent super powerful characters. example hit points 240 punch 68 kick 52 throw 85 weapon 44 weapon throw 72 agility 78 jump 112 revive 96 defense 82 I chose what I thought represents my character well, without exceeding the limit numbers.
