I'm confused: S On the Ibanez website it says this model only comes in "sparkle" colours ha so I'm assuming this is the silver colour? It looks very white? Looks gorgeous by the way

Do you have idea if you can put new pickup to this bass? Like seymur duncan or Emg..? and if this is nice idea to make better sound? if you know what can i do to this bass to have more nice sound and to change a bridge also cause after slap its out of tune because bridge goes down.....

you can put any soapbar pick up you want to.... emg, seymour duncan or bartolini are great pick ups. but your bridge should stay in tune. i've got no problems. it reminds me of the "great" fenders in the sixties..... some of the screws at the bridge won't stay in the position so they had to be fixed with wax..... but a modern bass, aside from the price, should do not. replace as necessary.

I absolutely admire this piece. It's very relaxing. Hey lunabert, I was wondering if you knew anything about this bass coming with a maple fretboard, because I've seen many videos of this bass online in pictures with one, but the videos I see of the bass on YouTube all have rosewood fretboards. Do you know anything about this?

no, nothing, but to me maple fretboards sound a little bit too sharp and harsh, especially combined with the sounds coming out of the ibanez.

it's easy to clean.....the bass belongs to my daughter and she keeps it clean by whiping the dust off...it's fairly simple........

No, it s active. Got a great variety of sounds. With a simple turn of a knob you can change from fingerstyle to thumbstyle. As i said, it s a great bass for beginners..........

Dieser Bass ist "Pearl white" lackiert, er hat einen leichten "metallic" Effekt. Die neue Generation an SR 300 Bässen hat ein paar Farben neben rot, weiß und schwarz hinzubekommen, aber silber ist nicht dabei.

I love SR300s'! I don't see the difference between 300s' and 400s' except for the natural finish (on the 400) and the price... It's a hell of an expensive finish! Great song and very beautiful playing on an average, every-day's man bass! Great instruments nevertheless!
