This song really conveys the darker part of a relationship after the trust is gone. Traumatic delusions, confusion, betrayal. I hate to cynical, but a relationship is never the same when you lose trust. "You want to check into the heartbreak hotel, but sorry we're closed." Oh and that damn laugh at the beginning! So meaningful, how many times have you felt insecure in a relationship and felt as though everybody was laughing at you and 'in' on something..... you worry about the wrong things...
