You've just said everything I've been trying to make people see! I LOVE Bryce Avary, if it weren't for him, I would have killed myself a long time ago. I spent my whole summer lying in my room, planning ways to kill myself. But then I finally got Of Men and Angels, and I listened to it, and then read the back with the explanation of the cover, and it saved my life. I am eternally in debt to this man for that. <3
In that first minute, you took the words right out of my mouth. Every time I feel like letting go, Bryce Avary's music saves me. I didn't personally meet him at Warped Tour but being in the front of the mosh pit and singing along with him and the crowd as he played was more than enough. A wonderful musician and great inspiration that keeps me moving forward
hey, warped tour was great! i got a chance to meet him while i was there. and talked to him for a few minutes. i was dumb and forgot my camera in my car though. mad about that. but i got a signed poster =)
but ya he's such a cool guy, and while talking to him he seemed genuinely interested in what i would say. so psyched lol.
oh i also met cassadee pope from the band Hey Monday(actually got a pic with her), she's super nice as well.
@robosloth333 lol oh ok. but no problem, bryce really is an insane musician and inspiration for many many people, like both you and me, while still being very well grounded as a person and not seeming to let his popularity get to his head and being very humble as a person. i'm going to the warped tour in Salt Lake City Aug. 7th i'm hoping to have an opportunity to meet him, because i hear he is also and incredibly nice person. so if he has a signing or something i'm definately gonna be there =)
He is a really great musician, and a very nice person. And I'm sure he'll do a signing at salt lake...
He's very nice from what I hear, one of my good friends is touring with warped tour and he's had some chanced to talk with bryce and he says hes really a great guy... He even got bryce to leave me a voicemail on my phone!! hahaha
@ohnoitsmichy Thanks, he's changed my life a lot. If you check my other videos I got his whole set on tape. In no particular order, he did Brat Pack So, In This Hour Do You Feel Hills and Valleys So Much Love and Walls He also did a song where he looped all the instruments Check out my other vids! I'm Gonna try to get to another warped tour, so I might have more videos later!
it doesn't sound like that many people are singing along, was the crowd not that big? I'm curious because i want front row, and i don't know how long Ill have to camp at the AP stage to get that.
i really love how since his new album came out he has been opening with hills & valleys.
Im not exactly sure how many people there were, I was in the front and didnt really turn around to look. My friends and family who were with me (further back) said that it was packed all the way out!!
I was worried about the same thing you are, I wanted to make sure I would be in front.. What I did was I got there before the act before him (never shout never) and slowly pushed my way to the front..
Luckily, 90% of the people watching nevershoutnever were screaming fan girls and were easy to move through. Right when he got off stage, all the girls started leaving and I pushed my way right to the front and claimed a spot.
Just wonderin, what location are you goin to??
I want to go to at LEAST one more, watching Bryce live is SO amazing...
Hi Nick, it's Mark Champlin. Thanks for filming the concert so I can relive it again and again.. and again and again haha. I read what you wrote at the beginning and your story is shockingly similar to mine.
