@TheAZJacob It's a style, called rat rod...they are supposed to look ratty...hence the name, rat rod. And it's the builder's choice of how he wants to build his truck. If you don't have anything positive to say about it, you should probably just not say anything at all! With all of that being said, shawnmid, you did a great job! I love this truck!

I saw this truck at a gas station. The thing is sweet and actually drive-able unlike some of these extreme chops with the body dragging on the ground and no seat. Don't worry about the haters on you tube, the wheels look good, the paint or lack there of looks good, stance is good. You built a very nice ride

gotta admit the rubber on those wheels looks a little thin for my taste but the wheels look killer on it and worth it, nice job!! not every rat rod needs white walls and red rims, some of them use the term rat rod as an excuse to drive a lump of crap down the road with crappy body work and rattle can paint, the best true rat rods are like yours. allot more work to make a nice ride that still has that historical look and not at all crap.
