Why is esp so hard for people to believe.. . Wouldnt your tv be considered magic a couple hundred years ago? Its not magic its just something that hasnt had a scientific explaination... not saying that any of these guys are magic but ive got a friend who is a phycologist and he says that there actually have been real studies on stuff like this with amazing results... not that anything has been done with it.. that we know of ;)
I challenged Jim Callahan regarding why he still picks on Angel for stupid things, but never takes advantage of this obvious flaw! he ignored me! Maybe He was in on it with Angel all along! To further both their careers, but something clearly never panned out, and it was abandoned. Perhaps it was when Callahan was voted off the show instead of staying to act as a foil to Criss in an on-going battle as Criss predicted. It's beginning to look like that confrontation was staged after all.
How have you been? I checked Jim Callahan's youtube channel. The douchebag has deleted our comments on his channel page. Anyways, I don't know what prompted me to check him out again after all this time, but was curious about his activity on youtube. He's back :(
For those ppl who don't believe Uri Geller... he actually did guess the numbers.. /watch?v=lERbTkN82go&feature=fvsr... this is a video of the experiments from Stanford Research Institute...
@OCPRS Yes, I also thought that confrontation looked staged. I mean, if I was to go on tv and get in the face of a celebrity who rakes in millions, I would probably meet the studio's Security force rather than some geeky host in a cheap suit! Both Callahan and Angel appeared to be doing the old "hold me back" routine, usually done by guys who want to look tough but are afraid to fight. lol
It did make for good tv, but why not reveal the contents of the 2nd envelope? There must be a reason.
Hi there. Maybe the 2nd letter had no relevance if this incident was staged? On the other hand, why would Jim Callahan permit himself to serve as the recipient of any exposure of fraud, thereby risking his career and tarnishing his belief system?
Jim Callahan's response to C. Angel reminded me of how other modern Spiritualists have responded to such challenges. Neither admitting to fraud but also not accepting the challenge, the public is left asking itself questions.
@OCPRS If it was staged, then not completing the thing was dumb. And if it was real, not completing it was equally dumb. Now consider this: Jim Callahan is on YouTube under the name "The Paranormalist," and he is still insulting Criss Angel. But he never mentions that second envelope either....
That is an excellent point. I never bothered to think about that. Jim Callahan has totally ignored the challenge. However, it may be due to his avoidance of any such challenges.
I say, lets go to Vegas and force Criss Angel to talk! Knowing my luck, he would probably just float away or walk up a building. Jim Callahan, on the other hand, wouldn't be able to even predict our approach. I would like to ask him why he constantly holds a martini glass in some of his posters/adds
@OCPRS I was wondering whether the big confronttion/fight between Angel and Callahan may have been staged to set up a whole story line, ala the WWE. But when all Criss' 14 year old fans voted Callahan off the show for having the audacity to mess with their idol, the whole thing was over, so they just scrapped the idea of the second envelope, since there was no longer going to be an on-going storyline with Callahan. Does that make any sense? As for Callahan's omni-present martini glass, Evian? ;)
Yeah, I always wondered why Criss never said anything about the second envelope on that show. I remeber waiting through the whole damn thing, and all he did was talk about his walk on Lake Mead and that stupid beard he grew! What a rip off!!
@DavidCopsafeel Criss Angel is a magician. He knows all about misdirection, which is why he grew the beard, and shaved it near the end of the show. It was to take attention away, and distract from the fact that the prmised reveal of the 2nd envelope wouldn't happen.
But what amazes me still,is that nobody ever made noise about this total scam!!
That 2nd envelope is long gone now. We'll never know what was in it or why he was so afraid he was to reveal it to the world.
Yes, where is 40?

That part proved he was a fake, if he were real he probably would have said:
"Ok just let me get my salt circle up again and I'll tell you what's in that envelope."

there is no such thing as magic, only illusion.

The incident between Criss Angel and Jim Callahan seemed staged (like a Jerry Springer stand-off).
However, the incident between Criss Angel and Uri Gheller seems to have been naturally unpredictable.
Uri's response was not an answer to the contents of the envelope, but was meant to delay and avoid an answer.
Ultimately, it made for good television and could have been a P.R. element to bolster Criss Angel's reputation and recent directions on his career.
