  • how many times would you do home cardio a day? and would you do this every day?

    tired of paying 70$ a month for getting exercise without realizing your getting ripped off? Very simple, buy a nice little diet and exercise book for 20$ and with a bit of discipline, it will help you a lot in getting the body you always wanted. Oh, and try your best to eat your favorite fast food once a week like Fridays as a little treat for your good discipline. You'll be amazed on how easy it is, once you stick to it. thats all it takes :)

  • Hey Mike and Dan, Firstly thanks for all your amazing videos they helped me a lot are are still helping me in my transformation. I just have a question regarding weight lifting. Does any two different exercises (to be specific bench presses) counter affect each other. I say this because some days when I add an exercise to my set of exercises I feel that my chest does not become as stiff as the previous days. Thanks again for you help.   • There is a lot of confusion about cardio, its really quite simple. Lets start with the basics. My definition of cardio is that it elevates your heart rate to 50%-85% of your maximum and keep it there for at least 20 minutes.

  • This may be more effective than other cardio exercises, but I don't find it nearly as satisfying or relaxing as putting on my headphones and going for a run.

  • I read somewhere that running for long periods is not that effective like you say. I wonder why 'this is better. I like the variety. I like the time saved. I'll have to research this to see why. I'd rather workout smarter than longer.

  • @TheEverybodysfavjohn Rest time duration can be anywhere under 5 minutes, at the end of the day the muscles have still torn (the regrowth causes muscle gain )and by resting longer you have more energy to focus on proper form and can maximise the effectiveness of the workout.

  • Thanks for helping me get rid of my jelly belly, I use to eat whatever whenever, and never gained a pound. I would amaze people how much food I could eat and keep my shape. I never needed to exercise. Wow was I fool to think that would last forever. Thanks again for your postings they really are helping my on my quest to improve.

  • Hey Mike, can you get ripped and lose fat by never doing cardio at all? Maybe once a week HIIT but I'm so desperate. I'm just need to lose 10 more pounds of fat to actually get my abs to show. Because I heard from your other videos that you don't really need cardio. So can I just keep weight training with a spot on diet and I will lose fat? I really, really HATE doing cardio.

  • Since you have the afterburning effect for 48 hours.But if you do it everyday, it'll only have 24 hours before you do the exercise again, is this bad or does it actualy increase the afterburn? thinking of doing this once every night, smart idea?

  • @Kepspojke i have been doin this once every night for 1 week exactly. i started out 175 pounds now i'm 155 pounds. It is really good. but remember to eat properly and always look at how many calories the food product has in it b4 you eat it.

  • @TheMonkleon1 there isn't really anything to recover from, it's just a cardio workout, intense but short

    you only really need to take recovery periods for when your working muscles hard such as a weight training session

  • I was doing some of those workouts the t-shirt ones dont really do anything for 15 seconds. Plus 15 seconds for a workout wont really do anything u need to feel the burn before u should stop.

    Well, I've seen it all. Folks, if you want to have his body, there are two options for you. One is getting on a great protein-based diet and getting on an exercise program that puts lifting before cardio.

    The other option is steroids. The latter is the shortcut. Stop watching youtube videos and do some actual research.

  • @suparpowers have you tried doing this workout? by the time your done you are breathing way heavier than 45 mins of a constant run on a treadmill. after you finish a set you rest for a min then start it over again.. your right its not a good cardio workout its a great high intensity cardio workout

  • @suparpowers i have done this workout and stuck to it for a month ..and i have seen good results ..its an afterburn exercise that increases ur metabolism..you will be burning fat for 48 hours after it has been done. so try doing it first before you come on here and comment rubbish.

  • This guy has been taken steroids. According to studies a full grown man can build 3kg muscles per year if he works out ALLOT and eats exactley what you need!
