Thing is, with proper timing of the dA you can hit and have minimal lag as you hit with the latest possible part of the hitbox. You can also chase techrolls by running and sidestepping. The key is to jump over the person as they are standing up so that you can land the dA to hit them the first possible frame that they would be able to stand up.
the last one they can only punch/kick out of it. im not sure if all punchs work or not when getting up from getting sent to the other wall, but i know that if your lee or shika you can get out of it really
