it dose not fail when u click move to chest I've stopped plenty of worms by just ending them in process list in the task manager so if u just end the process first then click move to chest it would probably work

looks to me like you obviously dont know what your talking about, Avast found the second one fine and you cant move something to the chest if its not on your pc only reason it will show up is because you had IE running and still connected to the site and again why store a virus into the chest if you can simply delete it all together.

can u help me, i went on a site b4 and i got a trogan horse virus, my avast alarm went off and it said abort connection, (it didnt say move to chest or delete), i clicked on the abort connection and scanned my comp but it didnt find nothing so has my comp got a virus?? please help

Wow, maybe you should know more about how computers work before you start posting videos about whether something works or not. First, after downloading the first virus you should have looked for signs that the virus was active, extra CPU cycles used, unknown files, use of network... Then second, the 2nd "virus" AVAST! found couldn't be moved because you were running IE. So it was still in use. You should have ended the IE process, then it would have worked.

at 1st, when you admitted you weren't positive about the URL's you were testing..I thought, "ok good, as long as you're admitting your tests are flawed, ok" ... BUT THEN you went on to actually test and said "I don't know if it did anything because avast didn't notice or the virus didn't work" .. its at THAT POINT you stop and look MANUALLY for signs of your supposed infection attempt. Check your EXTERNAL firewall for attempts from your machine, check reg entries, files, etc

Move to chest. In case the virus detected is a false positive(a legitimate file), you don't want to outright delete it cause at that point, once deleted, you can't get it back. Once in the chest, look to see what it caught. Then google it to see exactly what it is.

Avast has functions NO other antiviruses have:

-Avast has a screensaver option wich scans your PC when your screensaver is on

-It can scan folders you chose (stupid option wich most AV's don't even have)

-It has 7 different shields, or 8 if you have professional edition

-It has a 'virus dictionary' and if you type "*" in it it will show more then 220 000 viruses

-The last thing that NO other AV's have, is that avast is the best
