all banks are becoming the same........a sales floor with no customer service. People in banks are now being trained to do nothing except sell you on their services.  BOA is a poor excuse for a bank. The sales trianing began about 4 years ago.

boa sucks even in canada(MBNA) is what they bought to get in the canadian market.Note do not trust credit wise $0.99 per $100 on your card that product is faulty and making employees sell it because they have to meet quota even though most people who do sell it feel remourceful about it

If you want to save your son $5/month so he can cash his payroll ck at BoA you can open an account at BofA online, no strings. If you do it at a branch you need direct deposit. I had a biz acct I closed there because they wanted to slam me with $14/month fees, so I talked to the branch mgr and they opened a new acct, no fees. I'm not a big fan of any conglomerate bank, if you really want to deal with people who give a hoot about you and your money, visit your local credit union.

Bank of America is defrauding all of us!! They are buying up everything MBNA,Lasalle Bank,First Federal, Copuntrywide, Merrill Lynch, My owne mortgage my visa, my home equity line and thats just to name a few. Now they are sending China $7 Billion dollars of our tax money they recived from the bailout!! Please dont do no business with this bank. if you can deal with a local Credit Union.

I have cancelled all my credit cards with Bank of America. I still have my car loan through them and was unable to sell it because they had on my credit report that it was repo'd and I disputed it and what not, but I actually had to hire an attorney to take them to court before they would put the correct information on there. I hope this credit crisis sinks this ship of no good liers and cheats.

I've been with BOA for 13 years and lately have been hit with so many overdraft fees it's ridiculous.Oh,and I do have the funds in my account. For instance I had a check for $575.00 that was supposed to clear Monday,but by tuesday nothing,so I called the company I wrote the check to and they said BOA returned it NSF,Mind you I still had $650.00 in the account.After this is resolved I'm done with BOA!

It's true--BOA is terrible. I had to sue them to get money back on a claim, that was in their error, that they refused to resolve. I was in shock by how cheap they were, even after dealing with their corporate office. Dealing with them is awful.
