@dondon3133 this only works on older CustomFirmwares, and you have to have something called CXMB installed. After that you copy the theme.ptf to the "THEME" folder on your psp.

Just google for tutorials for custom themes

Well back when it was released, you would have CXMB installed and enabled then put the PTF file in a THEME folder and you could select it from themes in the XMB.

Though it only works on 5.00M33 and below now

oh, I'm sorry :/ I don't really know how to fix it anymore. I can't get into contact with the person who compiled it with the latest firmware at the time it was released. I'll give mine a try since i'm on D-3 too now and see what happens

Which one? The first one is an Alternate Look for Ys VI The far west/or/east ocean the other one is Called the Legend of Ys

The Noise? you mean the sound when you move through the XMB? I dunno, You shouldn't have any problems. I'm using 5.00 m33-3 and i'm using the exact same thing as in the download. and It's always worked fine for me
