Yea there's no settings for brightness or nothing, it's just the way it comes out, does it for all game vids I've made. Generally not an issue unless it's in shadowed area such as this. The scanlines are only present in Gears, not other games I've recorded. Weird

Yeah I think Gears always has a one-frame field shift. There's an AviSynth function to correct that.
