You're not being asked to make or eat this dish, you're just being shown what is eaten in a culture that is not your own. Many slaughter houses for cattle don't correctly and humanely kill a cow before it is cut up for meat so in your own culture animals are being sent through hell while still alive and you still eat it. It may sometimes be cruel, but their culture will let you taste food like you've never tasted them before.
