I agree with 'nyjefferson68' , the version of weld('91) is way the best version(even from the album's,at least for me).So pure '70s raw energy and so emotional playing by Neil,is gathered there that makes you cry..

this is way wrong...this song should have been played unplugged by neil..its much better.
in the elctric version i can berely hear neil's voice, and the beutiful lyrics of this song...
but he rocks, of course.

This song is a true pearl. The lyrics are pure poetry and the guitar talks to you in a way John Coltrane does with his saxaphone.
