I was looking for something else and as soon as I got to the area I was looking in The Breathing Box seemed to just jump out at me. I couldn't put it down. I stopped looking for anything else and bought this. There is a DVD, a CD, a booklet, and cards to help remind. It's a 4 week program. I LOVE this! I've just started it and am just doing this portion and already can tell a huge difference. This is a wonderful gift and one of the best I've ever gotten for myself!
