The main reason why I don't want them in is just due to their backwards society (it's getting better althouh still has a very long way to go) and the fact that if they join then you can expect and influx of yet more Muslims into Europe. Europe is already being overrun by Muslim immigration and we don't need this. We should have them as a partner but not an EU member. Turkey is not Europe...simple as.
