I am not defending the acts of U.S./Coalition troops killing civilians, but the insurgents fighting in Iraq is just as responsible. Why have suicide bombers in a civilian area in Fallujah? Why behead a civilian contractor or a backpacker? Why train children to fight? Your first comment is just as true to Iraqi Insurgents as to U.S. forces.
