kundalini energy can certainly do some funky things as it realigns the body so it can receive and store higher vibrations. i have recently discovered CFQ Qi Gong with Master Yap. And it has helped me tremendously these past few weeks to let go and learn to be at peace. If it helps, look into it. It has helped many i know already. Namaste

People mistake 'positive and negative' with good and bad. Good can survive without bad. Duality in terms of positive and negative gives us a space to 'be' in. It's not a problem. We can come to know both good and bad and then just choose the good shit and live happily right here. This is where I don't take sides... light and dark? One can only exist in relation to the other. Purity of intent, or on behalf of all sits well with me. Isn't light a vibration? Therefore moving, therefore physical?
