i have my own solution for the second plug...

i put the glue on, run outside with the cracker, leave it there, get in the house.. enough safety for me :D

i already made a lot of crackers by this tutorial, and i can say it is really good, i works perfectly if you follow everything.. :)

and when they explode, no life in like 10 meters :D

@TheChocolajeable Cardboard tube is from pyro-stuff, potassium nitrate is from Likurg.pl (if you order from likurg mention Pyro4y0u when u mail him).

And that flashpowder is homemade, It was magnesium 50 / 50 potassium nitrate.

But i recommend this flashpowder formula, since its safer: 70 KClO4 / 30 Al

i did this but when i put my glue in at the ends it gets trough the plugs so when i let it dry and i come back almost all the glue is gone and u see a hole in the remaining glue what am i doing wrong?

@martijnuij You have to make the plugs thicker and more solid, it cant be any opening at the side of the plugs, make it thicker!

It gives a lot better result if you leave some free air space from the top plug to the FP. About 20% of the total tube size I would leave as free air space. :)
