Rory lived the life her mother never did, that includes being attracted to the men her mother never liked, the rich smart cocky guys. Logan also was a mixture of her two first boyfriends, he was a gentlemen with rory and treated her with respect like dean, but was still a bad boy and wasn't afraid to stand up to her like jess, thus making him the perfect choice for rory
