the only thing i dont like about this game is the fact that they dumbed down the art style to appeal to a younger audiences. its a shame really, with the original art style of the wii games and under the knife 2 it would have achieved console quality on a handheld much like it did with under the knife 2(even without voice acting is great)

I like the Wii and Utk2 style too, but different strokes for different blokes. Many Japanese are saying Angie in Wii looks too frightening and not "moe" like this one.

Use healing touch and try to do it as fast as you can, seems impossible at first but after many tries you can do it, but the game gets much, MUCH harder as you go further into the game.

Un, the "crappy touch screen" was the very reason they released it for the DS in the first place. There's more realism in using a stylus like a scalpel instead of using a joystick as one.
