Sensation is labeled a house/electro EVENT, which appeals to the largest audience, to attract the largest crowd. if you want trance then go to trance energy but this event was purely a house/electro show, which by the way was one incredible spectacular.

I work for sensation and i know that they put 110% into this commerical show for a reason...to appeal to the larger audience, commercial house). Ill be back next year for an even bigger event for sure!

I dont agree; sensation white parties play trance not house. See the sensation white oparties at other venues here on you tube and see for yourself. For example, search for the armin van buuren sensation white party here in you tube abd you'll know what i mean when i say that the melbourne sensation white was very different than european and american sensation white parties.

not just the one in amsterdam...every sensation white party i have been to, especially the european and american ones are awesome pure trance played by world class dj's such as tiesto and armin with a rocking crowd that is very discerning ( they know what good trance is all about).

The melbourne event is by far the worst i have witnessed. Poor music, poor djs, clueless crowd ( who will dance to songs 25 yrs old), etc.

all you cunts and trance heads that didnt go, you guys have no idea cause you keep looking up these lame ass compilations and vids of the "house" part of the night. dont get me wrong the first half of the night was great but after course and smilie thats when the real music begain. believe me marco v and tydi blew me away and i cant find many vids of them. besides, sensation is a production not a festival, its about the show not the music. watch the dvds or go to one of them and youd understand.

yes, this is kinda what i thought. I feared that this is the kind of music that melbounians want. The production crew is simply giving the people what they want. Nothing wrong in that per se. Their goal is to make a profit after all, and with all 40k tickets sold out, id say they did just that.
