When I try to run yxflash it shows the splash screen for about a second and then exits itself. I'm using a 3rd gen ipod touch 32gb with the 3.1.2 firmware. My guess is it isn't compatible with this firmware. Which one are you using?

yxflash just starts with black screen [except upper part, but you get the point] and then crashes by going back to springboard.
