@Vuretas olive oil is good for you. And as for salt, it's a necessary part of daily intake. It only becomes unhealthy if not had in moderation. She didn't put a lot on, so it's fine, especially in conjunction with such a healthy food.

@MrCFCarePOO Depends where you come from (age, socio-economic class, etc). There's a reason Americans still have the term "soccer / suburban mom." I come from a very affluent California suburb, where families could afford to hire personal chefs or go to restaurants every day. Still, cooking at home (and having family dinners a few times a week) is upheld. And all of my friends in the midwest and south were brought up on homecooked meals. It really just depends upon where you come from in the US
