So, with someone's genome, could you quantify their intelligence? Or there potential to retain memory, and correlate information? I would hate for something like geno-ism to occur if we keep heading toward this direction of understanding people on a purely molecular level.

Intellegence is more adaptable than just a number. Understanding a person's Intellegence through DNA might give some clues about mental tools those pepole can use to think. Expereince is a key part to creating Intellegence I think he is saying. I don't think there is an upper limiter. There are just paths to Intellegence.
