I have the album and it is incredible, Jam & Lewis take her back to her Rufus days even bringing back Tony Maiden to work with her. She does a brilliant of Hendrix's Castles Made of Sand, makes a new hit out of Prince's Sign of the Times, and does a funk take on Joni Mitchell's Ladies Man. She has co-written most of the songs on the album. If this album gets the proper airplay it will be a monster. It debuted at #14 on Billboard, so people are getting the message.

Back in the day, Chaka was hotter than Mary. Back then & nowadays, Chaka can out sing Mary! However, I love 'em both.
