  • @royaltutu1 I'm sorry to say, but there isn't really too much you can do about this gap. Reason is, all our bodies are build slightly differently. The muscle structure of everyone is different, thus some people have big gaps and some don't. You can make your inner pecs more define, but there isn't much of a solution to closing that gap.

    No lol. Cable crossovers and dumbbell flys will help build your inner chest. A push up will not.

  • I thought you breathed out when your muscles did the work, so when you go down, not up?

  • @ellsibob37 In every exercise, you breathe out when you contract the muscle(s). That's the point where you're working against the resistance and/or gravity, in this case, when you push up. The point where you come down, you're going with gravity and the muscle lengthens, that's when you breathe in.

  • @deek77 Yeh, I'm aware of that principle, but I suppose the graphics on the video confused me- the chest gets reddest at the bottom and eases off the colour as he pushes up. Thanks for the reply anyway.

  • @SuperMrCollier Don't push it, do it one day and rest for 1 (Ex:Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun). Have a healthy diet, don't run with scissors and drink milk. ;)

  • What is shown in this video won't work. It's just one muscle (the pectoralis maior) and you can't move one of its sides independently of the other.
