it records at 1 fps because the game recorder pauses a frame, then takes a picture of it, stops at the next frame, takes another picture, so on so on until you press shift+ctrl+f11 or whatever you have it set as, and then compiles all the pictures, frame by frame, into a video! does that answer your question?
