i have a newport 2.0. its the greatest thing ever. i dropeed 3 putts a round instantly.

Should've shown more shots with the putters. The Scotty Cameron's sure do make a nice sound. Think I'll be picking up a Monterey putter soon if I can find one!

These are brilliant putters but all in all, it comes down to what you think is the best. As you can see both really enjoy the version that they picked out from the beginning. Go with your gut!

odyssey's have no feel at all. It's like putting with a marshmallow insert. No quality at all, how can you take a cast putter made with plastic over a milled putter?

So i recently played a game of golf at the local golf place and got 1 under the par with a k mart putter a hand me down driver and a hand me down chipper. my friends say im good at golf and was wondering if anyone thinks that this would be a good investment to play golf with at this stage.

yes .you shud start with a good putter.If you buy a driver first or irons youl end up getting forgiving ones and end up changing them later on.

I played with the newport version (of scotty camerons) an hit -3 on a 18 hole round on a putter practice green

yes they do have a very nice feel but £180 is too much get a spider putter same feel and £80 cheaper

scottys are a great feeling putter, but they are a little pricey for the average golfer. They require a lot of feel, and many 10 + handicapers just dont have any feel. for a player who just wants to line it up, and hit it, go with the Taylormade Rossa Spider. I use this handicap and it has dropped me from a scratch golfer, to a + 2 handicap!!

i got a scotty cameron circa 62 model no.2 i really like scotty im a really big fan but i cant wait to get my hands on a teryllium ive got 1500 punds to spend on 1

dont waste your money mate. stick with a putter you like and use the money on lessons for technique. no use having a great putter if you cant use it

All the putters odyssey ,rossa, scotty ,yes etc. are great putters with unique feel and looks. I like all of them and plan to own each at some time or another. I currently have an odyssey white hot xg marxman.

i tried it at golfsmith and didn't like how it came off the face... i went with the newport 2 and am EXTREMELY pleased with how it rolls and feels.
