  • Overall not that impressive with the corss-eye, but couple fast moving scenes like the piano and "behind the ball" scenes looked pretty good.

  • The cross eye method gives you the best image. You can achieve this with little effort by placing your right hand in front of your right eye so that it can view ONLY the LEFT image and can't see the right image. Then put your left hand over your left eye so it can only see the RIGHT image. You will need to adjust the distance your eyes are from the screen and the distance your hands are between your eyes and screen. Once you find the "sweet spot" cross eye viewing is easy.

  • This is a great movie!

  • like it !! but you don't have all the moviie??

  • @belidy7890

    Hi.

Thanks for the comment. I have the full movie in full color 3D in both field sequential and full color FULL HD (1920 X1080) it would take forever to upload it to youtube though. This is just a preview for your enjoyment :)

  • - Coraline in TRUE 3D full color -

  • in the cross-eyed version, images are identical

  • Hi.

Thanks for the comment. This must means I did a nice job putting the color back in since one image is derived from the anaglyph movie. Try crossing your eyes and you'll see that the images are not identical. One is SLIGHTLY offset from the other. Enjoy!

  • you have to use the red and blue ones. <3

  • NO you dont have to use just the red and blue i clicked under the video where the arrow is and im using the green and magenta and it works just fine.

  • Terrible - am using read D 3d glasses from cinema - tried the different view styles, nothing. Why doesn't it work?

  • Please read other comments (and my responses) below. Real D glasses will not work unless you have a special monitor. Go for one of the other styles with or without glasses. Enjoy!

  • @dloverise because it's an anaglyph it works only with coloured glasses. you cant see 3d with real d glasses

  • That's right. colored glasses are the easiest way to view it. However, there are many 3D viewing options that you can choose from below the video. If you have a special kind of monitor, the real D glasses will actually work. Otherwise, try choosing cross eyed and watch it with your eyes crossed (aligning the images) and you'll see 3D with no glasses. Takes some work, but it's worth it!

  • it doesnt work i got the glasses but it doesnt

  • What kind of glasses are you using. There are MANY kinds of 3D glasses. You will need to choose from the dropdown menu the format that is compatible with your glasses. Enjoy!

  • thanks! This really work with red/cyan

  • wow, cross eyed is weird, I never knew about that. It hurts though, lol

  • Try it about 10 times a day and you'll get used to it... lol!

  • I'm wearing the 3d glasses I got from when I saw this movie, they aren't working = (

  • Polarized glasses (from the theater) will not work with your computer (unless you have a special 3D polarized monitor) You need to choose one of the viewing methods below the video. In my opinion, crosseyed is the best for color. You need to cross your eyes and line up the images. If you've got shutter glasses hooked to your computer, row interleaved is the best! If neither of these will do it for you, whip out those old red and blue glasses. Enjoy!

  • Ah, thanks. I tried doing it crossied xD IDdn't work, just made me dizzy. But I still have some red and blue, so it's cool

  • I remember the 3-D had much more depth in the theater than in these clips. Strange.

  • Thanks for the comment! This version is the exact same 2 views that were used in the theater- it was shot with 2 cameras- one for left, one for right. The only difference is the screen in the theater was likely 100 times bigger than what you're watching on. The bigger the screen, the better the effect.... not to mention Real D is ULTRA high definition... MUCH clearer than youtube :)

  • I chose the cross eyed version...It didn't really work for me. I crossed my eyes and it was two images, not one 3d and it was just blurry

  • You need to cross your eyes and control them until one image appears on top of the other. This creates the 3D. Enjoy!

  • No problem. I also accept western union. If you are within the U.S, I take checks and money orders as well..

  • XD.I'm from the Philippines. But I'm just 15.We also have western union here. But I don't think my mom will let me. Thanks for the time though! I'll keep visiting your site and just drool over the 3d glory. LOL. I think I'm the only one in the Philippines who's so addicted and obssessed with 3D.XP.I'm also a 3D enthusiast

  • there are some parts where it only looked like it was moved inscreen

  • The 3D is really subtle. Lots of depth, not a lot of "out of screen" effects. GREAT movie!

  • the dvd released in our region did not include the 3d version which kinda' sucked. I didn't buy it

  • The version on my site is region free, but it's field sequential (full color- requires CRT TV, shutter system and glasses)

  • i had the glasses here with me but youtube quality is not the greatest i luv this movie!! i bought the DVD on the day it came out LOL got a shirt and am getting the dolls soon anyways !!

  • The best way for it to work is to put it on cross-eyed and make your eyes cockied and then focus on its..it works great!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the movie did NOT seem 3d to me! and i wore the glasses for crying out loud. i was very disappointed. they lied saying it was 3d.

It still is a great movie though.

so you are saying that i needed different 3d glasses?

  • There are 2 versions of this movie. The theatrical version (which used the real d polarized glasses that you get in the theater) and the home version which uses anaglyph (magenta/green) glasses. The video shown here is converted from the anaglyph version to left and right full color and requires shutter glasses to view in interlaced mode. I saw the theatrical version and the home version. it is in 3D, but the 3D is REALLY subtle- to the point where it almost looks 2D in some spots....

  • I have the 3d glasses from Toy Story 3D, will these work on coraline 3d?

  • This DVD is made to work with field sequential systems and shutter glasses (electronic glasses- different than the polarized glasses you got at the theater) so, no, those glasses will not work with most TVs. However, there are special computer monitors on the market today that DO work with circular polarized glasses and the real D glasses WILL work with those displays. They also come with software that can play this movie in 3D using the glasses. Let me know if you have further questions

  • No, but if this is the first time you've tried it, it might give you a headache- especially if you're watching more than a 5 minute clip.

This is just one guy's opinion though- I'm a 3D enthusiast, not a doctor :)

Enjoy 3D at your own risk LOL!

  • Awesome loves 3D movies

  • no problem at all! I'm happy to help! If you were asking the question, there were probably 20 more people thinking it!

  • can somone PLEASE describe what cross-eyed means!!!!!

  • Sure!

The movie consists of a left and right image (from slightly different perspectives just like your eyes see the world) If you cross your eyes slowly (remember the face you used to make as a kid and your mom told you it would stay that way if you didn't stop- that's the one) it will cause the 2 images to move over top of one another. Pick one object and line it up so you only see ONE of that object.... and voila! You will now see the the video in 3D. It takes some practice...

  • this message is a sorry for all that texting.after i wrote that comment i did it exactly how its supposed be.sorry!

  • God this movie sucks in 3d (ITS NOT YOUR FALT!!!!!!!) the creators of coraline made the 3d suck

  • Did you see it in the theater or just DVD/blu ray? I thought the theatrical release was fantastic! You probably just have an aversion to the green/magenta anaglyph. The version I sell is in field sequential format- full color just like in the theater! (special equipment is required to view it)

Apart from the anaglyph format, I thought the 3D was GREAT! The "real world" sequences are REALLY subtle, but you get more depth in the "other world."

  • I rented it that's why but I'm sure in theaters it's good!!

  • Ah, that explains it. Anaglyph is not an ideal format for home viewing, but it seems to be the most practical for most people thus far, so the studios continue to put them out. If you ever get a field sequential system, let me know, I'll be happy to make you a deal on the FS version of Coraline. I also sell systems starting at $39.99 if you're interested. Enjoy the 3D!

  • No it doesn't....

  • 0:42 - it's awesome. thanks for this :D

  • Looks good. I have to buy this movie from you as soon as I get Zalman Trimon display. Do you have it in HD also or Only interlaced DVD?

  • Wow! Really nice man.

  • how to see in crossed eye ? i can't get it :(

  • You need to cross your eyes and try to line up one object (preferably something in the middle of the scene (not something in the foreground or background, but right in the middle) and focus on it. It takes some practice to train your eyes to stay like this through a full clip.

  • this is awesome how theres different 3d

  • Glad you like the feature! Enjoy the 3D!

  • Im looking forward to you FS release of this D, if polar express is anything to go off, its going to be spot on!!

  • cool! I take it coraline3d will be released on your site soon? :)

  • You got it! Keep an eye on the site. Enjoy the 3D!

  • Oh wow that's awesome. cross eyed really works too!!!!
