i can tell you the truth about waluigi and my friend tiold me he said that in the first year super amrio 64 ds special stuff was avalibale in the first yar and waluigi was one of them. so anyone that said they found waluigi say what year you bought it in. if it's 2004[as it says under copyright]. you might have waluigi. 2005 and over you cant get him.

@RodsO12 the reason for why you must have 100 stars is because once you have 100 stars you must get 10 stars after winning each fight with bowser ill explain that part also:you must have completed beating the 1st bowser and then when you have the chance at challenging the 3rd bowser at some point...be sure to have collected 100 stars and not challanging him yet but then use each player against the first bowser and win all those fights with each character five times like this M,L,Y,W x5 continued
@RodsO12 for the final part itll go like this you must have 100 stars and have not yet challanged the 3rd bowser but must now beat first bowser with: mario, luigi, wario, yoshi and then obtain 10 more stars and repeat that until you have 150 stars and all characters have won and never once lost after obtaining the 100 stars losing from beginning the game up til 100 stars wont mean you have to start over itd just mean you must have saved your file with the 100 stars then did this and waluigi yay!
@RodsO12 actually its true hes in the game without cheats, its like this: you know how in the old version of super mario 64 there was the ability of becoming metal mario? well heres what you do and im sorry u will need a cheat for this the code being infinite metal mario power up time but now heres where its tricky you must be metal in the castle and stay that way as all 4 characters including yoshi and defeat all 3 bowsers with all of those characters with a total of 100 stars continued...
