I think they use cameras for the robot to see the ball. I wonder why they do not use infer red and make a grid so the robot would understand the location of the ball.
I will destroy this company if I can make a robot just retrieving the balls.

they would of spent years just trying to make it respond to movement. let alone make it actually hit the ball
if u look at newer vids u'd see that he has better accuracy

If you look at the other video u will see that this exact same robot is performing much better.
In robotic world the computer system do glitch or even failed to function properly at times.
